JOB DESCRIPTION:
Trend Marketing Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele Sales Executives
to join our dynamic sales team in Bengaluru. This role involves connecting with potential
customers over the phone to promote and sell products or services, generating leads, and
ensuring customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products or
services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up on existing leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Record customer details and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above.
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or any regional language.
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Fresher’s are welcome prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
