Job Description:-
· Fresh Tele-Calling / Counseling students and providing information over the phone or by appointment at
office, regarding the suitable programs.
· Making calls, lead generation, follow-ups, converting into admission.
· Follow up calls with leads and converting into admissions.
· Explain to students that which area belongs and suggest a suitable course to them.
· Responsible for inbound & outbound calls for any educational inquiries of potential admissions.(Data
base provided for calling activities and potential leads)
· Daily report to senior for your tasks ongoing and other future updates.
· College Visit for seminar, workshop, Additional changes may done as per business requirement.
Required Candidate profile:-
· Good communication skill.
· Smart to handle calls.
· Target oriented. And ability to convince.
