We are looking for a well-spoken individual as BDE to be responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone.
BDE responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and problems, and recommending the best service to the prospect.
A successful telesales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.
BDE Responsibilities:
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Answering customers' questions on the products.
Meeting sales quotas.
keeping follow-ups on a timely basis to achieve conversions.
To work with the team and help the team to achieve the target numbers.
Helping and training the team and going the extra mile or even working extra hours if required.
BDE Requirements:
10 +2 or above, with an original certificate for verification.
Communication skills are not a barrier, regional language proficiency is accepted.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Working knowledge of basics of the Internet, Work experience with any CRM, Google Sheets, and Excel
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
BDE Expectations :
Interest in interacting with customers over the phone.
Willingness to make target callings on day to day basis as per requirements.
Good typing speeds.
