As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Hindi & English.
Providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Troubleshooting customer issues and escalating when necessary.
Maintaining a positive and professional approach while interacting with customers.
Documenting customer interactions and updating records as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO (Domestic Process) is mandatory.
Fluency in Hindi & English (spoken & written).
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
