We are looking for an organized, friendly, and efficient Receptionist for one of our client company . The job details are given Below-

Designation: Telecaller
Industry: Real Estate & Infra
Gender: Female
Experience (In Year): 1 - 2
Qualification: 10 +2 or Below,
CTC (In Lakhs p.a): 2 - 2.5
Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Description:


• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Handle inbound customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
• Update customer records and log interactions in the CRM system.
• Conduct surveys or market research as required.
• Follow up on leads, appointments, or client inquiries.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to handle objections and work under pressure to meet targets.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
