## Role Overview:
looking for a talented and creative Freelance Recipe Curator to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for culinary arts, a deep understanding of food trends, and the ability to develop new and innovative recipes for both beverages and finger foods. As a Freelance Recipe Curator, you will collaborate with our kitchen and operations teams to ensure high-quality recipes that resonate with our customers and fit with brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Curate and develop unique hot & cold beverages and finger food recipes that align with brand identity.
• Experiment with new ingredients, techniques, and food trends to create exciting seasonal offerings.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to implement recipes and maintain consistency.
• Ensure all recipes meet nutritional standards, cost margins, and food safety regulations.
• Design and update seasonal menus, special promotions, and limited-time offers.
• Conduct taste tests, gather feedback, and refine recipes accordingly.
• Maintain a recipe database with detailed instructions and specifications for the kitchen staff.
• Ensure that the presentation of dishes and beverages aligns with brand standards and customer expectations.
• Train kitchen staff on new recipes, preparation techniques, and plating standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Recipe Curator, Chef, or in a similar creative culinary role, preferably in a QSR or café environment.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, flavor profiles, and modern culinary techniques.
• Excellent creativity with a strong eye for detail in food and beverage presentation.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• A degree or certification in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
