Job Title: Construction Worker – GCC Region
Location: GCC Countries (Exact country to be confirmed upon hiring)
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Engineering
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in construction work (e.g., masonry, scaffolding, concreting, general labor).
GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of construction tasks including masonry, concrete work, formwork, scaffolding, and related site labor.
Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently as per site requirements.
Follow instructions from site supervisors and engineers to meet daily work targets.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring tools and materials are used properly.
Strictly adhere to safety regulations and report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
Assist in loading/unloading materials, site preparation, and general labor duties.
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to handle labor-intensive tasks in varying weather conditions.
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience in India or abroad.
Basic understanding of construction safety, PPE usage, and operational protocols.
Adaptable and willing to work long hours or shifts as per project demands.
Team player with a responsible attitude toward tools, equipment, and coworkers.
Additional Notes:
Candidates with prior Gulf (GCC) work experience will be given priority.
Experienced workers from India without GCC experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
