Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
• Develop project schedules and resource plans with project managers.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to mitigate delays.
• Technical Execution
Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and BIM models:
• Supervise erection of steel structures, roofing (metal sheets, cladding, insulation), and concrete
elements.
• Ensure compliance with AISC, ASCE, AWS, and local building codes.
Quality Control:
• Conduct inspections of materials (e.g., steel grades, welding) and structural integrity.
• Implement testing protocols (e.g., load tests, leak checks).
Safety Management:
• Enforce OSHA standards and site-specific safety protocols.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety audits.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication
