Job Description
The Fashion Consultant will receive orientation and training in addition to the following responsibilities:
Fashion Styling
Visual Merchandising
Retail Administration
Product Management
Event Management
Fashion and Retail Marketing
Customer Relationship Management
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in making buying choices.
Apply academic knowledge to style customers effectively.
Understand customer needs, taste, and preferences to guide purchases.
Support Sales Advisors in closing sales.
Maintain visual merchandising standards.
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the respective counter.
Handle customers professionally and convert opportunities into sales.
Build strong interpersonal relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze space allocation category-wise based on sales, stock capacity, and seasonal trends.
Resolve customer complaints and grievances effectively.
Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, styles, and competitor activities.
Provide pre-sale and post-sale assistance to maximize customer satisfaction.
Other Requirements:
Must be trustworthy, have impeccable integrity, and strong work ethics.
Should be dynamic with excellent communication skills.
Good references are preferred.
Should be able to travel to the workplace within 30 minutes.
