### **Job Summary:**
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Field Service Executive** to join our team , a leader in digital payment solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for **installing, servicing, and troubleshooting POS/swiping machines** at merchant locations and ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Install and activate new POS machines at merchant sites.
* Provide technical support and training to merchants on using the POS terminal.
* Handle field-related issues, including hardware/software troubleshooting.
* Perform routine maintenance and updates on deployed POS terminals.
* Coordinate with the backend support team for issue resolution.
* Ensure timely response and closure of service requests/tickets.
* Maintain accurate records of field visits, installations, and customer feedback.
* Promote other products and services offered by, if applicable.
