We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our bulk hiring needs for IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of recruitment experience, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to meet high-volume hiring demands.
KeyResponsibilities:
Handle bulk hiring (20-50 positions) across IT & Non-IT sectors.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring deadlines.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Proven expertise in bulk hiring and working under tight deadlines.
Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
