**Job Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Atlas Chiropractic & Wellness, located in Bengaluru.
**Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Manage HRIS and maintain accurate employee records.
• Responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Conduct employee investigations and address any employee relations issues.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Champion a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications and Experience**
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in HR management.
• Experience in the medical sector is a plus.
**Skills & Competencies**
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
