Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and eager Fresh Mechanical Engineers or Diploma Mechanical Engineers to join our team as Trainees. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a plant and production environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, and a willingness to learn and grow within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in daily plant operations and maintenance activities.
- Learn and understand the production processes of industrial gases.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Utilize computer software for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (B.E./B. Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Good computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in a plant and production environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
