Caregivers: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

🛠️ Job Role & Responsibilities – Home Caregivers:
Caregivers will assist patients with daily living activities, including:
✅ Giving sponge baths or full body cleaning
✅ Assisting in changing diapers / adult pads
✅ Feeding the patient (oral/NG tube if needed)
✅ Turning and positioning bed-ridden patients to prevent bed sores
✅ Helping with toileting and hygiene
✅ Monitoring basic vitals (temperature, pulse, etc.)
✅ Mobility support (transferring from bed to wheelchair, walking assistance)
✅ Administering simple medication (under guidance)
✅ Providing companionship and emotional support
✅ Keeping the patient’s room clean and hygienic
✅ Reporting any health concerns to family or supervising nurse

🧑⚕️ Nursing Staff Duties Include (In addition to above):
Administering injections, IVs, and dressing wounds
Monitoring critical health signs
Maintaining patient records
Coordinating with doctors/families
