Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through diverse channels, including job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Review and screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct interviews utilizing effective and reliable recruitment and selection methods.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Manage and regularly update the recruitment database and prepare relevant reports as needed.
Support the onboarding process by assisting with employee documentation and orientation procedures.
