WE ARE HIRING HR RECRUITER IN QUICK RECRUIT SERVICES
Responsibilities
* Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and requirements
* Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
* Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
* Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews
* Ensure timely and accurate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and hiring activities
* Assist in the onboarding process for new Hieee
Skills and Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-0-1 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
* Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information I
* Fluency in English and at least one regional languages
Salary : 10 to 20k + incentives
Job Time : 9:30 to 6 PM
