Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify potential leads through cold calling, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), and on-ground activities.
Conduct market research to identify educational trends and job market demands.
Organize and participate in educational fairs, college seminars, and career workshops to build a database of prospects.
2. Sales & Conversions
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and job seekers to understand their goals.
Pitch the firm’s services (e.g., college applications, visa assistance, resume building, interview prep).
Follow up diligently with "warm" leads to ensure high conversion rates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment/placement targets.
4. Relationship Management
Maintain a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database with accurate lead information.
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporate HR departments for networking.
Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals.
