Job Description:
Meet and engage with architectural & design clients.
Acquire new dealers and expand the business by building a strong sales network.
Establish trust & confidence with key stakeholders, including Architects, Interior Designers, and Dealers.
Focus on channel sales, particularly in high-end wood-related building products.
Manage and support existing dealers/clients while ensuring their business needs are met efficiently.
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on emerging market trends.
Be open to travel across India as per business requirements.
Required & Core Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable & dynamic personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
Proactive approach with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to influence stakeholders effectively through strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Must own a two-wheeler for ease of travel.
