Job Summary:
Pheme Entertainment Consultancy is seeking passionate and experienced Telesales Executives to join our remote team. If you have a minimum of 2 year of telesales experience, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets, we want to hear from you! This is a work-from-home, performance-driven role with great earning potential through salary and incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided data.
Ability to auto-generate leads and build own prospect database when needed.
Pitch company services/products clearly and convincingly.
Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
Update call records and maintain CRM data properly.
Coordinate with team leads and provide regular performance updates.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of telesales experience (mandatory).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Basic computer and mobile handling skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
Ability to generate leads independently (auto data generation).
