We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to sell HDFC home loans to potential customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and meeting sales targets.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Generate leads and sell HDFC home loans to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct home loan product presentations and demos
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure smooth loan processing
*Requirements:*
- 0-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the financial services or banking industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of home loan products and market trends
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
