Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to sell our digital marketing services to businesses. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in sales, a strong understanding of digital marketing solutions, and the ability to build relationships with clients. This is a field-based role requiring direct interaction with potential clients to generate sales and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential clients, including small businesses, startups, and enterprises, to sell digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, website development, etc.).
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our services.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain a strong client network through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Business Development & Lead Generation:
Research and identify new business opportunities within the target market.
Attend networking events, business expos, and industry conferences to generate leads.
Maintain a detailed database of prospects and clients, tracking sales progress.
Client Relationship Management:
Regularly meet with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities.
Provide clients with tailored digital marketing solutions that align with their business goals.
Coordinate with the internal marketing team to deliver client requirements efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Proven field sales experience (2-5 years) in selling services (digital marketing, advertising, or related fields).
✅ Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, website development, etc.).
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
✅ Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
✅ Own vehicle (preferred) for travel to client locations.
✅ Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in B2B sales or agency sales.
Strong network in local businesses and industries.
Ability to handle objections and close high-ticket sales.
