These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your participation in the referral program (“Program”) offered by Gigin Technologies through the Gigin Jobs app. By participating, you agree to abide by these rules.

1. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to all registered users of the Gigin Jobs app.
  • Participants must be individuals residing in India. Referrals from agencies or businesses are not eligible.

2. Valid Referrals

A referral will be considered valid only if:

  • The referred user registers on the Gigin Jobs app using your unique referral link or code.
  • The referred user completes onboarding with accurate details (including role, location, and skills).
  • The referred user is active on the platform by applying to at least one job or completing a phone screening, if applicable.
  • The referred user is not already registered with Gigin Jobs via any other source.
  • The referral activity meets the eligibility communicated via WhatsApp or app messages from Gigin, if specified.

Note: Self-referrals will not be rewarded and may result in disqualification from the program.

3. Rewards

  • Rewards are credited only when a referred user is verified as genuine and active.
  • Reward amounts and payout timelines are defined within the app and may vary by campaign.
  • Rewards will be processed within 7–14 working days after activity verification.

4. Referral Limit

  • Each user can make up to 10 valid referrals per calendar month.
  • Referrals beyond this limit will not be considered for rewards, even if valid.

5. Fraudulent Activity

To ensure fairness, the following actions are considered fraudulent and will result in disqualification from the Program:

  • Submitting fake, duplicate, or incomplete user profiles.
  • Using automated tools or scripts to generate referrals.
  • Offering payment or incentives to others in exchange for referrals.
  • Coordinating with agencies or third parties for bulk referrals.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the system, including identity spoofing or using multiple devices/emails.

Gigin Technologies reserves the right to permanently block accounts involved in fraudulent activity.

6. Program Changes and Termination

  • Gigin Technologies reserves the right to:
    • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
    • Adjust referral reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or monthly limits.

7. Final Authority

In case of any disputes or discrepancies, the decision of Gigin Technologies shall be final and binding
