Job Description

**Skills & Competencies:**

 Required good communication skills, should be able to converse in English, Hindi, Tamil / Telugu.

(Multilingual will be preferred)

 Fluent conversation skills in Hindi & English Is must.

 Passion to work in the Fintech space.

 Professional in Tele sales and customer service skills

 Must have Tele sales experience especially in Banking products

 Highly self-motivated towards sales

 The patience and skill to interact with customers in speech communication.

 Exceeding or Meeting sales goals.

 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

 Relationship management skills is a must.

 Willingness to work in shift system in 9AM to 9PM window.

 Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts (Day Rotational Shift) must be available to work on holidays and

weekends

**Job responsibilities**
 Need to do sales related outbound calls.

 Need to answer customer’s queries through voice services, inbound / outbound.

 Ability in cross selling.

 Address the customer mails to provide appropriate resolution on time.

 Understanding the customer’s requirement and respond promptly.

 Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.

 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

 Maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference

 Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional way.

 Answering customers' queries on the produ**ct**
