We are looking for experienced freelance HR Recruiters who have active access to paid job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.).
Your role will be to source, screen, and line up candidates as per the job profiles shared with you.
Requirements:
Must have active access to at least one paid job portal
Prior experience in recruitment (BPO/IT hiring preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to deliver quality candidates within deadlines
Work Type: Remote (Work from Home)
Payout: ₹5,000 per successful candidate hired
